Recognizing that human resource management is a key element of business success, we are constantly striving to improve character and personality as well as improve qualifications and abilities through various education systems. For marine employees, we provide new recruitment training, pre-boarding training, main ship OJT, and Stand by Training. Through this, we provide quality improvement and the latest information.

Sea Driver Intern System

We select excellent prospective seamen at the training site and train them to be excellent seamen with high loyalty through various scholarships and support benefits until graduation. Intern marine engineers are trained according to a tracking training program to ensure that they are capable of performing their roles as key maritime and land talent in the future.

Senior's Seminar

Quarterly seminars on the latest maritime trends and safe ship operations are held for high-ranking officers on leave, providing a platform for land and sea communication to increase mutual understanding.

Seafarer's Workshop

For all maritime employees on semi-annual leave, we are providing a forum for land and sea communication for safe ship operation to increase mutual understanding.

Quarterly, we provide a platform for land and sea communication for ship captains on vacation to increase mutual understanding.

By introducing a rotation system for promotion from entry-level officers to advanced officers, we are providing an opportunity for experience for marine engineers who wish to work on land and improving their understanding of the job.

SIGTTO Standard LNG Training

Through this training course, officers without LNGC boarding experience or officers promoted to senior officers will develop basic knowledge and operational skills related to LNGC operations.
